Maintenance basics
Dehumidifiers. Rinse the washable filter after every job and let it dry before refitting. Check the drain hose for kinks. Store upright and let the unit sit for an hour after transport before switching on. Air scrubbers. Inspect the pre-filter every job and replace when loaded; replace the HEPA filter when airflow drops or after a sewage or heavy mould job. Blowers. Keep the intake grille clear of carpet fibre and check the cord and plug for damage before each use.
