Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode. Fleet orders are palletised to your depot and we quote freight for regional addresses, mine sites and remote communities. Air freight for urgent single units can be arranged on request.

Do you have a showroom or warehouse I can visit?
Our warehouse is at Warehouse 1, 14 Wheeler Crescent, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223. Pickup is by arrangement so we can confirm stock; call 1300 263 551 before you come.
Is the warranty the same everywhere in Australia?
Yes. Every Thorair dehumidifier, air mover and air scrubber carries a two-year replacement warranty, full replacement in the first year and parts in the second, wherever it is delivered in Australia.
Can you ship to New Zealand or overseas?
Our equipment is certified and supported for the Australian market. Contact us for international enquiries and we will advise case by case.
