How long does delivery to the UK take?
Air freight for one or two units typically arrives within one to two weeks of dispatch from Queensland. Pallet orders by sea freight take six to eight weeks; we confirm the timing with your freight quote before dispatch.
Do I pay VAT and duty on import?
Yes. UK import VAT and any applicable duty are charged by HMRC or the carrier when the goods arrive and are not included in the checkout price. Business buyers who are VAT registered can normally reclaim the import VAT.
